Current Dates/Times of a Work Item Current Dates/Times of a Work Item
A work item has the following dates/times, derived from the flow logic. These are shown in the work item display.
Current date/time |
Meaning |
Creation date of the work item |
Date when the work item was created by the workflow system with the status ready or waiting. (The latter is the case if a requested start was declared for the work item.) |
Start date/time of processing |
Date and time when the status of the work item changes from ready to reserved or in process for the first time. This applies when the work item is executed by one of its recipients or by the system (background work items). |
End date/time of processing |
Date and time when the status of the work item changes to completed or logically deleted (superfluous). This date/time depends on a user action or the occurrence of an event (according to the properties of the work item). |
Requested start for processing |
Date when the workflow system changed the status of the work item from waiting to ready. The requested start must be defined explicitly. |
