Functionality for Vacation Handling 
Use
In this release, four new reports for handling vacation have been developed. With these reports it is possible to generate the number of extra vacation days which the employee gets under certain circumstances.
The report Batch Input for the Leave Entitlement Infotype (0005): Transfer Values from Previous Year (RPCIT5M0_AS_LAST_YEAR) is used to copy last year's leave entitlement (vacation). If an employee's leave entitlement (stored in infotype 5) is the same as for example in 1999, it is possible to copy it to 2000 by running this report.
The report Batch Input for the Leave Entitlement Infotype (0005): Age Dependent (RPCIT5M0_AGE) is used to generate the leave entitlement for employees who have reached a certain age and therefore are entitled to extra vacation based on their age. In this report it is also possible to take the number of days worked per week into account.
The report Batch Input for the Leave Entitlement Infotype (0005): Pay Scale Structure Dependent (RPCIT5M0_CHARGE) is used to generate the leave entitlement for employees based on the pay scale structure. It is also possible to take the number of days worked per week into account.
The report Batch Input for the Leave Entitlement Infotype (0005): Summer Period (RPCIT5M0_SUMMER_PERIOD) is used if the employee gets extra vacation days when he or she has taken a certain number of vacation days within the summer period. To use this report, it is neccesary to customize two tables, Summer Vacation Groupings and Extra Vacation Due To Vacation In The Summer Period.
The Summer Vacation Groupings are derived from the employee groups and subgroups and specifies which of the employee groups and subgroups that get the same number of extra vacation days when taking vacation during the summer period.
In the Extra Vacation Due To Vacation In The Summer Period, the minimum and the maximum number of vacation days define the number of vacation days that has to be taken in the summer period in order to benefit from the extra vacation days.
