Documents for Reference Object Using New Symbol 
Use
Previously you could not recognize whether documents were available for thereference object either on the header data screen for the notification/order or in the maintenance item. To establish this and display the documents if required, it was necessary to change screens three times.
Now you can identify whether documents have been assigned to this technical object in the document management system using a new symbol to the right of the input and output fields for the reference object. Click on the symbol to display the documents.
The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
- At least one document has been assigned to the technical object, which is the reference object for the notification, order or maintenance item, using the document management system.
- After entering the reference object, you have selected data release.
If you click on the symbol, the following occurs - depending on the number of documents assigned:
- If only document has been assigned, this document appears automatically.
- If more than one document has been assigned, a list of all the assigned documents appears, from which you can select the required document.
