Example of an ExistenceCheck() BAPI
The BAPI ExistenceCheck() of the business object type Debtor (BUS1007) is used here as an example.
The graphic below shows the BAPI in the BAPI Explorer and the interface of the underlying function module in the Function Builder.
The key field DEBTORID of the instance to be checked and which must be defined as an import parameter in the function module is suppressed when you view the BAPI in the BOR.
