Postprocessing Backlogs Collectively 
Prerequisites
You must allow the creation of postprocessing records in the repetitive manufacturing profile.
Procedure
In the SAP overview tree, choose Logistics ®
Production ®
Repetitive manufacturing ® Backflush
®
Postprocess
®
Collective.The Collective Reprocessing: Initial Screen appears.
Enter the following selection criteria:
Posting date and Document date
The system automatically proposes the current date as the posting date and the document date. You can change both these dates.
Plant
Enter the plant for which you want to select documents.
Production line and Planning ID
If you want to restrict the selection further, enter a production line or a planning ID.
Choose Execute.The item overview screen appears.
Enter the materials and production versions you want to postprocess. If necessary, enter a revision level.
Various processing options are available in this overview:
- If you select an item and then choose Selected items, the system displays the details screen for all selected items. You also arrive at this dialog box by placing the cursor on the item in question and choosing Single.item.
- If you select an item and choose Delete selected item, the system deletes this selected item.
- If no more rows are available on the overview, you can add more by choosing New items.
- Select the materials whose components you want to postprocess and choose Execute
.
- The system displays the component overview which is purely a display function.
- Once you have postprocessed all the components save the data.
