Postprocessing Backlogs per Component 

Use

You can postprocess backflushing errors referring to an assembly, for example. You can postprocess the summarized postprocessing records individually (per component).

As opposed to the individual processing as described in Postprocessing Backlogs from Individual Records, here, you edit collective postprocessing records. That is, if several errors occur for one component, they are collected in one postprocessing record.

Prerequisites

You must allow the creation of postprocessing records in the repetitive manufacturing profile.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP overview tree, choose Logistics ® Production ® Repetitive manufacturing ® Backflush ® Postprocess ® Individual.

    2. The screen Individual Postprocessing: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Enter the material number whose components you want to postprocess and further selection criteria if required. Choose Execute.

    3. The system displays the component overview which is purely a display function.

  3. Save your data.
