Accessing the Sequence Schedule 

  1. Starting from the main Repetitive Manufacturing menu, choose Planning ® Change sequence schedule.

The system displays the initial screen for changing the sequence schedule.

  1. Enter the following data:
    1. The plant
    2. The production line (header work center of the line hierarchy)
    3. If you want to select a group of production lines, specify the first and the last line hierarchy of the group.
    4. If you want to select several particular production lines, select and in the following dialog box enter all the production lines you want to see.
    5. The period of examination

The system selects all planned orders whose order start times lie before the end of the period of examination or whose order finish times lie after the start of the period of examination.
  1. Choose .

The system sequences and schedules the planned orders that lie within the period of examination and displays these planned orders in the sequence schedule.

The system rereads the necessary data each time you access the sequence schedule by choosing Planning ® Change sequence schedule. This means that all data (such as the execution time or the order start dates of the planned orders) is always up to date.

Result

The dispatched orders are displayed graphically in the sequence schedule. If you want to check the order characteristics, you can display a legend by choosing .

You can also display the orders in a tabular list by choosing in the sequence schedule.
