Printing the Planning Results

Use

You have the option of printing your planning results. Various selection and sort functions are available for doing this.

Features

You access the print report per plant and for a certain period of examination that is automatically proposed if it has already been defined in Customizing. You can also specify the period split (bucket) such as day or shift, for example. You can select by production line or by line group. That is, the system searches for all materials that are produced on the production line or on all the lines of a line group.

Defining the output type

You can display the list per order or per period:

If you select Per order, the system displays each order in a separate row in the list with the start and finish date. This is also the case if an order is produced over several periods.

If you select Per period, the system distributes the order quantities that are produced over several periods and displays them in the period in which they are produced. For example, if you set the period split to shift, the system displays which orders are produced in the individual shifts.

Date type

Here, you can choose whether the system is to display production dates or basic dates in the list.

Sort criteria

You can choose whether you want the system to sort the list by material or by production line. You can also choose whether you want the list to be sorted according to either start or finish date.

Further selection criteria

To further restrict the material selection, you can also make the following settings:

Select Only firmed orders if you only want the system to display firmed planned orders and production orders in the list.
Select Only assigned orders if you only want the system to display planned orders and production orders that have been assigned to a production line.
Select Only dispatched orders if you only want the system to display planned orders and production orders that have been dispatched in the capacity planning table.
Select Only scheduled orders if you want the system to display planned orders and production orders that have been scheduled.

Creating the list

The system creates the list according to your selection criteria. The list contains the following data:

Material

Production line

Date ( from - to)

Time (from - to)

Version

Quantity and unit of measure

Order number

Defining display variants

You can change the display of the list, such as the column sequence, before printing. You can also save your use-specific settings. You can define various display variants which you can then select in the list display.
