Assigning ‘Not Yet Assigned’ Quantities Manually 

  1. Position the cursor on the row of quantities still to be assigned.
  2. Choose Switch on/off assignment mode.
  3. Enter the production quantities in the rows of the production lines you want to use for production. You can enter your production quantities either in the same period or in previous periods. Confirm your entries with Enter.

    4. The system then automatically subtracts the quantity you assigned from the ‘not yet assigned’ quantity.

    If you then make any further changes, the system readjusts the ‘not yet assigned’ quantity.
    If, for example, you decrease or delete the assigned quantity, the system increases the ‘not yet assigned’ quantity again.

    The system makes these changes in simulative mode.

  4. Save the planning results.

When you save your data, the system updates the data on the database. In the background, the planned orders are changed or deleted.
