Changing Quantities Directly in the Planning Table
When you access the planning table, the empty cells and the number blocks that can be changed are ready for input.
The system makes the changes in the background in simulative mode, it changes or deletes already existing run schedule quantities and creates new ones.
The system does not update the database with the changes until you save the data.
If one production quantity consists of several run schedule quantities (planned orders), the system always adjusts the first planned order if you have increased the production quantity. If you have reduced the production quantity, the system will adjust as many planned orders as it needs to, until the quantity is even.
