Sorting Materials in the Collective Display 

Procedure

  1. Choose Select all.

    2. All materials in the collective display are selected.

  2. Choose Sort.

    3. The dialog box Sort appears where you can change the priorities of the sort criteria.

  3. Enter the priorities of the sort criteria to change the sequence.
  4. Choose Execute sort.

Result

The system resorts the materials according to your changes.
