Converting the Planned Order into a Production Order 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the MRP node, choose Evaluations ® Stock/Requirements List

  2. Enter the following data:

  3. Choose .
  4. Choose to display the details for your planned order.
  5. Choose -> Prod. Order (Convert planned order into production order).

    6. The Create Production Order: Header screen appears.

    7. You now see the operations.

    Make a note of the final operation in the list.

  8. To release the order, choose .
  9. To analyze the scheduling overview for the operations, choose Goto ® Graphic ® Gantt chart.
  10. Choose , then choose Yes.
  11. To display the current order status, choose.
  12. Choose .
  13. To schedule the order, choose .
  14. Choose .

    15. Write down the production order number displayed in the status bar.

  15. Choose .

    16. You see that the planned order has now been converted into a production order.

  16. Choose until the overview tree appears.
