Layout for SAP XXL List Viewer 

Within SAP XXL list viewer, the values of the process message characteristic are displayed on a spreadsheet. By defining a layout for the list viewer, you specify the characteristic values to be displayed and how they should be displayed on the spreadsheet. You define the layout by assigning the message characteristics to be evaluated to one of the following three categories:

The values of column characteristics are displayed in the data columns of the spreadsheet.

Line characteristics specify which values of the column characteristics should be displayed in the individual lines of the spreadsheet. The SAP XXL list viewer generates a separate line for each value of a line characteristic.

Column group characteristics are criteria for the additional grouping of column values. For each value of a column group characteristic, a column group is created.

You can assign several message characteristics to each of these three categories. To specify the sequence in which the characteristics should be displayed, you need to define sort numbers for characteristics belonging to the same category.
