In R/3 30*, the send status of a telefax or telex can be reported back to the application that dispatched it. At present, only SAPoffice makes use of this function (therefore the measures explained here are only applicable if you are generating telefax or telex with SAPoffice).
Normally the table for assigning the application ID to the spool ID is automatically managed by the spool transaction SP01 and the spool reorg. report RSPO0041. However, if a user deletes his send request with SP01 while the telecommunications message is being processed, omissions emerge in the assignment table. These must be deleted by report. The report RSKREORG is available for this. You should run it in the background (immediately after RSPO0041).
