Changes to Vacation Bonus - Valuation with Predefined Constant

Use

You can store your own constant for the valuation of the vacation bonus in the Definition of Vacation Bonus table (T5D7R ). If you do not specify that this field should be used, the standard constants OUAN1/OUAN2 are used for salaried employees and OUARB is used for hourly-paid employees.

Previously if the vacation bonus was valuated with a constant defined in table T5D7R , it would always be paid in the specified payment month, even if the employee was not entitled to receive payments in this month due to maternity protection, parental leave, or illness. The functions for the automatic payment of leave when the employee returns to work in the same year were not active.

In Release 4.6C, this function is active, provided you have defined a constant in table T5D7R.

Effects on Existing Data

This change is due to the modification of calculation rules DO88 and DO86 .

Effects on System Administration

If you have modified calculation rules DO88 and DO86 in the schema for the calculation of the vacation bonus (DOUR), you must also make these changes in the standard rules.
