From Release 4.6C, the following customer exits are available for partner processing in the application components Customer Service and Plant Maintenance:
ICRP0201
You can use this customer exit to reduce the number of organizational units found by the system after you have specified the tasks based on responsibilities.
Example
You enter a task "Repair washing machine" and the system finds all the organizational units responsible for this task, namely, Service Center North and Service Center South. Because only Service Center South is responsible for repairing washing machines, you want to define a rule whereby only the organizational unit Service Center South is displayed for this task.
ICRP0202
You can use this customer exit to define which organizational units are responsible for which tasks.
Example
You define Service Center South as the responsible organizational unit for the task "Repair washing machine".
ICRP0203
You can use this customer exit to define the tasks used for finding organizational units. You do not have to enter tasks that are automatically determined by the system.
Example
The system automatically determines the task "Repair washing machine" based on the notification category and damage catalog.
IPRM0005
You can use this customer exit to define for performance-based strategy plans which maintenance packages are due next and which, for example, can be skipped. The system takes the last counter reading entered into account.
