Changes to the
Special Bonus - Child Increase Amount
Use
1. For Release
4.6C, the field that controls whether a child is entitled to receive the
increase amount has been moved from the Family/Related Person
infotype (0021) to the Family-Related Bonus
(0595).
2. If you run
payroll in accordance with the Public Sector Remuneration Act(BBesG) or the
Public Sector Pensions Act (BeamtVG), the new Family-Related
Bonus infotype (0595) also enables you to reduce the special amount
for children using the current capacity utilization level. The new field
Part-time reduction is only evaluated if the employee subgroup for personnel
calculation rule is 4 (public sector employee, pension
recipient).
3. The payroll
constant OKGBR, which contains the value for the child
increase amount, has been moved from table T511K to table T511P.
Effects on
Existing Data
The infotype data is converted within the
Changes to Family-Related Bonus.
The evaluation of the Family-Related
Bonuses infotype (0595) in connection with the special bonus now
takes place in schema DOZW using the new payroll function DOSOZ .
This function also reads constant OKGBR from table T511P.

Effects on
Customizing
You now only use table T577 (Characteristic
type 4) to maintain the reasons for the Child increase amount in the
Family/Related Bonuses infotype. The entitlement itself is derived
directly from the fixed values for this field.
