This section explains the individual options of the Help menu.

This function displays online manuals or report documentation. If the user chooses this function on the initial screen of a program, the system displays general documentation on the current program. If the user is on the initial screen of a transaction, the system displays the contents of the corresponding online manual, if available.

This function accesses the CD-ROM library with SAP documentation. This function is only available under Windows.

This function accesses the glossary. The user receives a list of SAP glossary terms from the current application. The user can display the glossary definitions of these terms.

This function accesses the release notes. The user chooses the function to navigate to the SAP Information System. The user can display a complete list or choose by attributes or keywords.

Under Windows, the user can access Getting started with the R/3 System online.

A help text is displayed which explains the different help functions of the system.
