Icons can represent field names (keywords). In general, they replace common terms such as telephone, fax, date or time.

As an exception icons can complete field names. In this case, you should use either an icon plus textual label (for example, address icon plus text "Shipping address" in order to distinguish from "Factory address") or position the icon next to field names in order to indicate a relationship (for example, place the Copy icon next to the field names from and to).

The rules as specified for field names apply.
