Definition
Unlike menu function, pushbuttons with no fixed position are defined in the Screen Painter.
Icons
Pushbutton icons are defined as one line and always at least two characters wide. Leave one blank character to the right and the left of the pushbutton.
Static icons on pushbuttons are defined in the Screen Painter as static texts on pushbuttons.
Dynamic icons on pushbuttons are defined in the Screen Painter as dynamic texts on pushbuttons. They are assigned names and icon descriptions at runtime. This means, you can specify the icon only at runtime.
