Control Elements - Overview
Control elements are visible parts of the user interface which inform the user about the status of the system and allow him or her to initiate actions and to process R/3 System data.
Classification of the Control Elements
The following types of control elements are distinguished in the SAP GUI:
(input/output fields, field names, short descriptions, tables (input and read-only tables), lists, graphics, texts)
(function keys, pushbuttons with textual or graphical labels)
(menu bar, pull-down menus, function key menu)
(radio buttons, checkboxes, selection lists, etc.)
(scroll bars)
(group box with group heading)
(table control)
