Assigning the Task List 

Use

You assign a task list to a maintenance order. This task list includes an external processing operation. It contains a purchasing information record. The external processing operation is generated when you release the purchase requisition.

Procedure

  1. On the screen Create Maintenance Order: Object List, choose Extras ® Task list selection ® General task lists
  2. Enter the following data:

  3. To display a list of the task lists that have been created for external processing, choose .
  4. Select the following list:

  5. Choose .
  6. Choose All to confirm any dialog boxes that appear.
  7. Choose the Operations tab page.
  8. Select operation 0010, then choose External.

    9. The Create Maintenance Order: External Processing Operation screen appears. You can see, for example, the operation quantity, the planned delivery time, the vendor, and the purchasing info record. This information is taken from the task list.

  9. Enter the following data:
