Subsequent
Administration for Health Insurance Funds and Branch
Offices
Use
For health insurance funds and branch offices
that are no longer in business, you can now set up subsequent
administration.
Subsequent administration allows you
to:
- Lock health insurance funds or branch
offices
From the date of the lock you can no longer enter locked health insurance
funds or branch offices in the Social Insurance
infotype (0013).
- Specify a subsequent health insurance fund or
branch office
In the case of retroactive accounting in the period when the health insurance
fund was still active, you may have to transfer the difference in
contributions to the subsequent health insurance fund/branch office. The
contribution statement (collective statement) also goes to the subsequent
health insurance fund.
Effects on
Customizing
In the implementation guide under
Payroll Germany -> Social Insurance there is a new section,
Set Up Subsequent Administration for Locked Health Insurance
Funds, which summarizes and describes all activities relating to
subsequent administration.
