Note on hierarchies

Determines whether the system overwrites groups in the new standard/alternative hierarchy.

An existing standard hierarchy or alternative hierarchy is to be regenerated from the source using the current data.
If the same groups (but differently defined) exist in both the source and the existing hierarchy in question, when the system generates the new hierarchy, it overwrites the corresponding groups with the data from the source.
These groups then have the same status in the source as in the hierarchy.
