Card: Submission and Carrying Requirement 
Use
As an employer you are obliged to view the social insurance cards of new employees and, in some cases, to instruct new employees about their requirement to carry the card with them. For this purpose SAP has enhanced the Social Insurance infotype (0013) by adding the fields Submission and Carrying Requirement.
In the Submission field you can enter information about the existence of an employee's social insurance card and where it is kept. If the employee is required to carry the card, select the Carrying Requirement field.
When you create a new record for the Social Insurance infotype (0013) you must maintain the Submission field. Your entries regarding the submission of the SI card affect DEUEV and date monitoring.
DEUEV Notifications
If you enter No Submission, the SAP system generates a control message when creating DEUEV notifications. Up to now a control message was generated in DEUEV if the pension insurance number was missing. This control message no longer exists.
If you enter No Submission and also select the Carrying Requirement field, the SAP system generates an immediate notification and the necessary control message.
Monitoring of Dates Using a Dynamic Action
If you enter No Submission or
Deposit with Benefits Provider , the SAP system uses a
dynamic action to create a data record for the Monitoring of
Dates infotype (0019) with the date/deadline type
Submission of SI Card.
If you later change the entries regarding submission of the SI card to
Submission at Start of Employment or Deposit
with Benefits Provider, the SAP system deletes the previously-created
data record for the Monitoring of Dates infotype
(0019).
Up to now, if the pension insurance number was missing, the system created a
data record for the Monitoring of Dates infotype
(0019), subtype Submit PI Number . This dynamic
action no longer exists. The subtype Submit PI
Number has been changed to Submit SI
Card, and is created by the system if the SI card has not been
submitted.
Effects on Existing Data
Existing data records of the Social Insurance infotype (0013) are not affected by this change. The entries regarding submission of the social insurance card are only relevant for new employees. In existing data records you can therefore leave the Submission field empty.
Effects on Customizing
To transfer the modified dynamic actions,
import the Dynamic Actions view (T588Z) into your
productive client. For further information, see the implementation guide under

To transfer the modified subtype of the Monitoring of Dates infotype (0019), import the Date/Deadline Types view (V_T531) into your productive client.
