Use, for example, to distribute site master data for which you replaced the existing assignment to a customer or vendor master with an assignment to another customer or vendor master.

When you reassign a customer master or vendor master to a site master:

• The address of the previously assigned customer master or vendor master remains the same as the site address but has a new address number.

• The existing address of the newly assigned customer master or vendor master is deleted and is replaced by the address and address number of the site.

• The addresses for contact persons and reference sites must be correspondingly updated.

You distribute site master data that you have reassigned to a new customer master or vendor master using the following combination:

1. Transport the IMG.
2. Distribute the customer or vendor master data by ALE.
