SAPoffice: Warning Message for a Certain File Size of PC Documents (Administration Function)

Description

If you the function Display or Change for a PC document, a warning message can be shown if you exceed a certain file size. Thus, you are informed that calling the PC document can possibly take some time and can decide whether you really want to execute the function. The file size is set in SAPoffice office settings.

Changes in procedure

You set as of which file size the warning message should appear in the following way:

1. Choose System -> Administration -> Administration -> Process technology -> Office -> Office settings.

2. Enter in the field Warning fr. doc. length the length in bytes, which if exceeded, will generate a warning messasge.

3. Save the entry.
