Before you can classify change master records, the following requirements must be met:

You have two options for classifying a change master record:

1. You can allocate the change master record to a class in the classification system.
2. You can classify the change master record directly while you create or change a change master record.
To do this, choose the entry Classification from the menu Extras . Select a class type, then select one or more classes.
By double-clicking on a class, you can display it and assign values to its characteristics.

Further notes

Before you can use the entire range of functions of the classification system, you must set up your system accordingly. For information on setting up a classification system, please refer to the IMG for Classification.
