Changes in
Withholding Tax Accounting/Withholding Tax Statements
Use
Withholding tax reporting has been revised for
the 4.6C release. The following is a summary of the changes:
- Withholding tax accounting for the cantonal
tax administrations
- The new report creates two lists:
The control list is
displayed as an interactive list in the SAP List Viewer. You can individualize
this list in several different ways. For example, you can use different sort
criteria, hide or display indivudual columns, apply filter functions, or
create group totals.
The withholding tax
accounting is in SAPscript format: You send these lists to the cantonal tax
administration.
- Withholding tax back payments that are entered
manually, are displayed in a separate line in each of these lists.
- The former report for withholding tax
accounting is still available for a changeover-period under the name
RPLQSTC0_OLD.
- Withholding tax statements
The report
RPLQSTC1 has been split into two reports:
As of this release,
you use the report RPLQSTC1 to create the Attestation d'Impôt à la
Source (Vaud) . You use the report RPLQSTC2 to create the
withholding tax statement for St.
Gallen.
Effects on
Customizing
Up until now, the
wage types were assigned to the columns of withholding tax accounting using
parameters on the report selection screen. Now, however, the wage types are
assigned to the columns using cumulation wage types. You make this assignment
in Customizing for Payroll Switzerland under Tax -> Withholding Tax ->
Reporting ->
Maintain Cumulative Wage Types.
Compare the view (V_T596I) with client 000 and replace the model
wage types with the corresponding customer wage types.
Maintain the name of
the SAPscript form for withholding tax accounting in Customizing under Tax
-> Withholding Tax -> Reporting ->
Check Form Names.
Compare these in the
view (V_T5C2C) with client 000.
