Shipments can be tendered to forwarding agents for execution. The monitor provides an overview of the respective tender status for each transportation planning point. Here the number of shipments is listed according to the various statuses. Also, it is possible to specify limit values for the number of documents per status in the selection criteria for the report. If these values are exceeded, this is displayed on the monitor in colour. By branching to the change function, you can process the shipments immediately. In this way, the transportation planner has the possibility of reacting early, and he retains an overview of all tendered shipments and their status Shipments for which no answer has been received by the forwarding agent are displayed.
For example, it is important to offer rejected shipments as soon as possible to other forwarding agents since each delay means a delay in the shipment itself.
