Addresses: Maintaining communication methods for external communication in table TSADC

Description

The specific communication methods for external communication are defined in table TSADC.

To send externally from SAPoffice using the Internet, an appropriate entry must be created.

External communication via Soft*Switch is not contained in the standard version and should therefore not be maintainable from the interface. The corresponding entry must therefore be changed in table TSADC.

System administration changes

Make the communication method INT for Internet known in table TSADC, and change the entry for the communication method SSW:

1. Select Tools -> Administration -> Administration -> Process technology -> Office -> Addresses -> Commun.methods.

2. Change the entry "CS1 CS1 not maintained" to "CS1 INT Internet", and select the attributes "Maintain" and "Transmit".

3. Remove the attributes "Maintain" and "Transmit" for the entry "SSW SSW Soft*Switch".

4. Save your entries.
