Engineering change management: Accompanying documents

Description

If you want to document the change master record or the reason for change in detail, you can use the functions of the document management system.

To do this, choose the entry Accompanying documents from the menu Extras . If you do not know the data of the document key, you can search for the document directly from the change master record function.
In the dialog box of the allocated document info records, you see the document statuses. The indicator Hierarchy shows you whether or not the document info is part of a document hierarchy.
If several documents are allocated to the change master record, you can restrict the list to include only the current versions.

Note:
From the dialog box Document links, you can display each document info record in the list by double-clicking on it.
