Use
The monitor provides an overview of the current workload, listed by status, time, and date. The different statuses in shipment processing are displayed for one set period. This period can either be the current day or an entire week. Here the number of respective shipments is listed by status. Also, it is possible to set limit values for the number of found documents for each status in the selection criteria for the report. If these values are exceeded, this is displayed on the monitor in color. Shipments that have not been processed by a certain time defined by the transportation planner are marked accordingly. If you branch to the change function, you can process the shipments immediately. In this way, the transportation planner has the ability to react early, and he also retains an overview of the overall status of all the shipments.
For example, a shipment planner can view the workload during a certain shift, and also react early to the given situation. This means that work is distributed more evenly.
The transportation manager also has contol over the current processing status.
