Use
The tracking function allows data exchange between the shipper, the forwarding agent, and the customer. The forwarding agent confirms the status of shipment processing in the system of the shipper through a Web application. The forwarding agent and the shipper work closely together, but the shipper always maintains control over the shipment itself. The customer, the forwarding agent, and the shipper can view the shipment status through a Web-based interface.
