Testing the Data Transfer Program 

Prerequisites

The sample data transfer file is in the appropriate structure.

Procedure

  1. Transfer the data for the sample data transfer file.
  2. Ensure that the transfer program has transferred the data record correctly into the R/3 System. Display the transfer object in the R/3 System.
  3. Analyze any errors that may have occurred.

If errors occur in the transfer program, you can find notes in the SAP Online Service System, or enter an OSS message.

Result

You have transferred data from a sample initial data transfer file into the R/3 System and have used it to execute a sample initial data transfer.
