Define Work Areas

In this step, you define the lead time and grace period for the work areas defined by SAP.

You only maintain the grace period for the work areas WORA, WORV, WORN, WKUO, WJAU, WDSV, WPSV and WTIZ. For all other work areas, you define the lead time.

Example

You define a lead time of ten days for work area WOPS. If the warrant expires on 03/20/YY, the responsible clerk is informed on 03/10/YY.
You define a grace period of one day for work area WORV. If an order is only valid until 03/31/97, the clerk is informed on 04/01/97.
