for productive use of Release 4.6C 
Use
Productive use of Release 4.6C is restricted to those U.S. Payroll customers who have applied HR Support Package 01 or higher. If your enterprise has not applied HR Support Package 01, then you may not use this release productively.
To determine the date of availability for HR Support Package 01, consult the R/3 HR Support Packages Schedule , which is accessed within SAPNet by using the alias HRSP.
Note
In prior releases, HR Support Packages were referred to as Legal Change Packages ("LCPs").
