Use
When you edit an AUTN worklist, you need to follow a different procedure. This is because all source texts contained in an AUTN worklist have not yet been translated.
While editing an AUTN worklist, you first need to define a target text for each source text in the worklist before you can decide whether to flag this target text for
automatic distribution.Prerequisites
Procedure
The system displays the proposals contained in your worklist. The comment of your worklist, the number of entries, and the source and target language of the proposals in your worklist are displayed at the top of the screen.

You can use Sequential processing from this screen.
It is also possible to call up a where-used list for each source text, in order to see in which objects the respective source texts occur, so that you can define a suitable translation. To do this, select a source text, and choose Where-used list from the application toolbar.
The system displays a dialog box, asking you if you want to create a translation for this source text.
The Create target text dialog box appears.
The system displays the proposal pool for this source text, which now contains your translation.
Result
The target text you entered is now saved as the system standard for this source text.
You can now flag this text for
automatic distribution if you wish. You can also call up the
usage counter for the source text, to see how many times and in which applications this source text occurs for translation.
