The evaluation tells you to what extent the customers have adhered to the terms of payment.
The first column (balance) contains the average arrears at the end of the last three periods.
The second column (sales) represents the average sales of the last three periods.
In the third column, the DSO days are calculated using the following formula:
(Balance/Sales) x 30
This gives you the number of days that the customer has taken to pay an invoice.
The line items are displayed. You can evaluate them as described above.
