As of this release, there is an additional feature available in Recruitment that you can use to define the text variables that should be used in applicant correspondence.
Using feature VARIA (Definition of available variables for creating texts), you can specify whether the Text variables for contract elements should be hidden or displayed. This gives you the option of not using parts of the template if you do not need them in your company and if you do not want to use the function for automatically generating contracts.
It is not necessary to change the customizing settings.
In the standard settings, the feature is set up so that the text variables are available for creating contracts.
If you want to hide the text variables for creating contracts, process the feature in the customizing for Recruitment. Use the Define variables for text creation
