Contents and Layout

Batch records are comprised of the following:

• Documents containing the R/3 data of the batch record

• An attachment with additional archive files

• The signatures executed to approve the batch record

• Comments entered for a batch record

In this section, you define the contents and layout of the documents containing the R/3 data of the batch record.
You determine which archive files you want to attach to a batch record when you edit your batch records.
