Invoice Verification: Preliminary Posting of
Invoices
Description
The following functionality has been added to the preliminary posting of
invoice:
- invoices with delivery costs can now also be parked. It is possible both
to refer to planned delivery costs and to enter unplanned delivery costs.
- The preliminary posting of invoices is connected to Workflow.
- Optical archiving is also possible during the preliminary posting of
invoices.
- Parked documents for an order item are listed in the purchase order
history.
- To post parked documents, you can create a list of parked documents,
select the required documents and post these in one step.
