Copying Delivery Dates into the Shipment

Scope of Functions

With this new function you can have delivery dates pproposed by the system. The dates for shipment processing no longer need to be maintained manually.

You can choose between two methods:

• In the standard proposal the dates are determined as follows:

Delivery	Shipment
The earliest load date	Check-in
The earliest load date	Load start
The last planned date	Load end
for goods issue
The last planned date	Shipment completion
for goods issue
The last planned date	Shipment start
for goods issue
The last delivery date	Shipment end

• With the option flexible prosposals you can create your own copy function for date proposals.

Effects on Customizing

In Customizing (IMG), you can call up the activity Maintain shipment types and choose a suitable copy routine for the standard proposal or create your own copy routine for the flexible proposal.
