Setting Actual Versions

Prerequisites

Setting actual versions is useful only for actual and commitment line item reports.

Procedure

1. To limit the selection screen to given actual versions, choose Extras ® Actual version.

2. Enter the version in the dialog box.

3. Leave the dialog box by choosing Execute.
