If you have not deleted the business partner data successfully, check whether all the tables you want to archive are entered in table TPZ16.

If you want to carry out your own checks before you archive your business partner, you can do so without making any changes. To do this, you have to:

Create an assignment category

To enter an assignment category, call up transaction V_TPR1.

The assignment category refers to an application used by the business partner (such as loan, lease-out). You can assign time modules to the individual events for each assignment category.

Assignment: Modules to events

To maintain the assignment of event modules to assignment categories, call up transaction V_TPR4.

You maintain each assignment category separately.

Further notes on event modules

ARCH1

The application transfers the list of partners you want to archive and then displays a list showing you the business partners that cannot be archived.

Application example: BPAR_TR0000_EVENT_ARCH1.

ARCHP

The archiving report program transfers the business partner numbers to the application. If the application wants to write its own log entry for this business partner, it can add lines to the archiving log in the module FTBU_CONVERT_PROTOKOLL_FILL.

Application example: BPOB_TRD001_EVENT_ARCHP.
