Use
Since in Brazil vacations are built according to an accrual system, collective vacations may lead to cases of negative vacation balance. However, with this function, the system verifies if the employee is in the accrual or concession period and makes the necessary adjustments to the employee's vacation balance. According to the employee's situation (accrual or concessive period) the system maintains the appropriate subtypes in Absences infotype (2001) as well as the Date Specifications (0041) and the Absence Quotas (2006) infotypes accordingly.
