Description

As of Release 3.0A, the following XPRA reports are started automatically:

It is also possible to start these reports manually.

RM0730AN: Print control and output control in Inventory Management

Report RM07IDRU (print physical inventory documents) uses different layout sets depending on whether the sales price valuation is active or not. This control is accomplished by two new print indicators:

The XPRA report RM0730AN replaces the current entry in the allocation table 'layout sets - print reports' by a new entry with print indicator 4.

In output determination, this report also enters requirement 173 for collective slips (see separate Release Note Changes in respect of collective slips ).

RM0730AY: Control of material types at valuation area level

Previously, plant-specific control data for material types was stored in table T134W.
As of Release 3.0, plant-specific control data has been replaced by company-code-specific control data which is stored in table T134M.

For each entry contained in table T134W, a corresponding entry is created in table T134M, using the XPRA report RM0730AY.

In the Customizing system of material master data, you maintain the new table in the control data of the material types, using the function Different valuation areas.

RM0730AZ: Allocation of valuation area - division - business area

In Materials Management, the business area of a material was previously determined via the allocation 'plant - division'. This allocation is stored in table T134G.
As of Release 3.0, in Materials Management, the business area is no longer determined via the allocation 'plant - division', but via the allocation 'valuation area - division'. The allocation 'valuation area - division' is defined via the new table T134H.

Sales & Distribution (SD) continues to use the allocation 'plant - division' (T134G) for revenue account allocation.

For each entry contained in table T134G, a corresponding entry is created in table T134H, using the XPRA report RM0730AZ.
