Registration of
Means of Transport and People During Check-In/Check-Out 
Use
As of this release, you can use an intranet application to enter and maintain data about means of transport and people as they enter the plant premises.
You can use this function to register incoming or outgoing shipments and create a subsequent destination or connecting point for the vehicle. This option allows you to check an incoming means of transport at check-in, record its destination within the premises of the plant, and register all relevant vehicle and its driver. At check-out, you can check and register the means of transport once again. In addition to vehicle data, you can also register all visitors who enter the plant premises and determine their whereabouts during their visit.
This intranet enhancement allows security guards or receptionists, who generally are the first people to make contact with visitors or truck drivers, to transfer data that they record to the right place at the right time. It is still possible to find specific vehicles that are currently on the premises by using search criteria. You can also determine which vehicles or visitors are on the premises at any given time.
