Line Item Entry 
Use
In Release 4.6C, the use of entry aids simplifies the way actual line items are entered manually:
As with the entry aids for assignments to profitablity segments, you can save - as user-specific entry aids - combinations of characteristics that you enter in the tab page "Characteristics", allowing you to call up these combinations again when repeating line item entry.
Entry aids are listed in the left-hand area of the tab page. By double-clicking, the relevant characteristic values are copied to the list of characteristic fields in the right-hand area. In this way, you can enter several characteristic values in a single action.
