Import Queue: Filtering and Multiple Selection 

Use

You can select different combinations of requests in the import queue by using filtering and multiple selection.

You can use these functions for the following actions:

Procedure

Filtering

To filter the import queue:

  1. Call Transaction STMS.
  2. Choose . The import overview appears.
  3. Position the cursor on the SAP System:

    4. · where you want to import the request

    · to where you want to forward the request

    · that you want to delete.

  4. Choose . The import queue of the selected SAP System appears.
  5. Position the cursor on the column whose contents you want to filter.
  6. Choose . The dialog box Set filter appears.
  7. Enter your required data and choose Copy. A list of the requests that meet your filtering criterion appears.
  8. Select the requests you want in the list (see steps 5 and 6 under Multiple Selection).

Multiple Selection

To select multiple requests:

  1. Call Transaction STMS.
  2. Choose . The import overview appears.
  3. Position the cursor on the SAP System:

· into which you want to import the requests

· to which you want to forward the requests

· that you want to delete.
  1. Choose . The import queue of the selected SAP System appears.
  2. Position the cursor on the request that is to be selected.
  3. Choose . The request is highlighted in color.

Result

The requests you select are highlighted in color, and are subject to your next actions.
